Celebration Day For Girls

Our program adopts a beautiful and progressive approach to puberty education, blending research-based holistic methods with traditional wisdom. The girls will receive all the information necessary to support them when their first periods (Menarche) are coming. Whether your daughter has already started their period or not, she will learn something about her amazing body. This day has the added bonus of strengthening the bond between mothers & daughters.

The Celebration Day is for you if:

• You aspire to empower your daughter/ child to cultivate a positive relationship with her/their body and menstrual cycle.
• You seek to nurture a profound and beautiful connection with your daughter /child as she/they enter puberty.
• You desire to bring confidence and readiness to support your girl through puberty, menarche, and menstruation.
• Perhaps you find it challenging to initiate conversations about your daughter's/child’s changing body or menstrual cycle, unsure of how or when to broach the topic of periods.
• Or maybe you've covered the basics but wish to guide your daughter /child toward a more positive & held experience than you had.
• Your intention is to rewrite the narrative for your daughter/child, shedding any limiting beliefs about periods—whether personal or societal—and laying the groundwork for a lifelong appreciation and trust in the female body and its cycles.

Celebration Day for Girls is a day-long workshop running on Sundays from 9.45 -16.00. The Mother’s session is held a few days in advance of the Celebration Day and can be done in person or via Zoom group calls depending on the group’s need.

I deliver these workshops throughout Cornwall and I am happy to travel to you to deliver Celebration Day for Girls if we can gather a minimum of 5 mother-daughter pairs.

Celebration Day for Girls is delivered on the same weekend as Fathers Celebrating Daughters.
