• You are looking to break free from societal taboos, dispel menstrual shame, and cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies.
• You are on contraception or have not a menstrual cycle due to medical conditions or postmenopausal
• You are mothers, aunts, sisters, grandmothers, and caregivers who wish to support and guide the young people in their lives through the various stages of the menstrual journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

If you cancel one month before the workshop starts, a full refund will be offered, minus £10 for admin purposes.  

If a cancellation happens within four weeks of the workshop's start date, no refunds will be offered unless we can find somebody to take the spot. 

If for any reason we cancel the workshop full refund will be made or a new date will be made to transfer booking onto.  

We have a strict policy for cancellation to encourage commitment and participation.
