Fathers Celebrating Daughters

Fathers, your voice & presence matters and is important during your daughter’s puberty journey. Join me to learn what is your role and how best to support your daughter as she is about to start living with a menstrual cycle.

Fathers have a special and important role to play as their daughters change from little girls entering puberty to menstruating young women. Are you ready? Are you overwhelmed? Or are you sailing through? In our Fathers Celebrating Daughters workshops, you can expect a lively and enlightening discussion with many great tips and ideas for fathers wishing to open and maintain connection & conversations with their daughters as they navigate their adolescent years.

Fathers Celebrating Daughters is for you if:

  • You are a father raising daughters.
  • Your daughter is still a child or an older teen and any ages in between.
  • You are a step-dad, a bonus dad, a male carer.
  • You want to be part of challenging & breaking menstrual taboo
  • You want to create a new narrative for your daughter’s menstrual experience

Fathers Celebrating Daughters is a day-long workshop running on Saturdays from 9.45 to 16.00 in different locations.

I deliver these workshops throughout Cornwall and I am happy to travel to you to deliver Fathers Celebrating Daughters if we can gather a minimum of 6 participants.

Fathers Celebrating Daughters is delivered on the same weekend as Celebration Day for Girls.

Kinds Words

'The questions you used at the beginning were seriously illuminating. Understanding my own history - how little I knew/was told about puberty.'

'A superbly well facilitated, informative and helpful session. Thank you. ~ J. ~

'So much to think about that I thought I was already au fait with, but really, honestly, wasn't. I hate talking in groups - I'm just one of those people though I didn't feel under pressure.' ~ Robin ~
