Friedel Fink is a Relationships and Sex Educator for young people, Creative Educator and Founder of Big Sis CIC. Big Sis supports girls and non-binary children and young people through puberty themed group circles in schools and the community and train professionals to bring topics around puberty changes, emotions, body image and boundaries to young people in their professional contexts.
Nisha is a Period Coach (working with Painful periods, PMS, Endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause & menopause), Holistic Menstrual Cycle Educator, Yoga Teacher and Girl’s Mentor.
WHY PERIOD HEALTH MATTERS WORK WITH ME
I called in Victoria to facilitate a Fathers Celebrating Daughters workshop to the Fathers in my community. Victoria has such an ease in bringing what can be difficult topics to the conversation and an ease in relating and communicating with men, which is appreciated by all.
WHY BIG SIS WORK WITH ME
We work with Victoria in our trainings to support the group process, and share information regarding menstrual cycles and facilitation practice. Victoria is a responsive, skilled and passionate source of knowledge around Menstrual Cycle Awareness who understands holding non judgemental spaces for young people and adults alike.
